Premium dealers get protected postal codes (non-exclusive at country level). Master dealers get an exclusivity clause on a defined territory — city, region or country — renewed annually based on sell-through.

Yes. Any Premium or Master dealer can commission custom runs from 5 units per SKU. We handle engineering, templates and quality control; you handle the customer relationship. Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks.

We offer a 24-month limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Out-of-warranty failures go through your dealer channel with a flat 50% remake fee — we never leave a dealer unsupported.

Yes, at Master tier. OEM runs start at 50 units per SKU, co-branded or fully private-label. We supply spec sheets and imagery under your brand.
