Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / Google Pay via Stripe. Bank transfers (IBAN) for orders above €500. For Ukraine: privat bank transfer / LiqPay also available.

Can I get an official invoice?

Yes — we issue VAT invoices for B2B (EU VAT ID validated) and simple receipts for B2C. Request via email or tick the invoice checkbox at checkout.

Do you offer bulk / B2B discounts?

All card data is processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). MARINAC never sees or stores your card details. Site uses HTTPS with TLS 1.3.

Across Ukraine (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) and internationally via DHL & FedEx — EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Georgia, Moldova. Outside these regions: contact us for a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?

Nova Poshta: 2-3 business days. Ukrposhta: 3-7 days. DHL/FedEx EU: 3-7 days. UK/CH/NO: 5-10 days. Tracking number emailed on dispatch.

Calculated at checkout by weight + destination. Free Nova Poshta delivery for Ukrainian orders over €200. Free DHL Economy for EU orders over €500.

What if my package is damaged on arrival?

Open the package in front of the courier if possible. Take photos of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours — we ship a replacement at no cost.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses?

No — couriers require a physical street address for all international shipments. Business addresses are fine.

Are your products waterproof / salt-water safe?

All products are designed for marine environments. Metal parts use AISI 316 stainless or 5086 marine-grade aluminum. Electronics-rated enclosures: IP66 minimum, IP68 on sealed cases. Full specs on each product page.

What is the warranty period?

12 months manufacturer warranty from purchase date against material and workmanship defects. 24 months for products marked Pro Angler Approved. Does not cover misuse, accidents, modifications, or wear-and-tear.

Yes — organizers, mounting plates, fenders in custom sizes. Lead time 10-14 days. Minimum: 1 unit for simple mods, 5 units for full custom. Send specs to office.marinac@gmail.com.

Yes — clamps, straps, brackets, bolts, and consumables stocked. Email us the product model + part needed, we confirm availability and ship within 3 days.

How do I install Minn Kota mounts on my boat?

Each mount ships with hardware + installation guide. For complex installs we provide free video consultation with our engineers (book via contact form). Drill templates sent on request.

Can I use your products in freshwater / lakes?

Absolutely — all products work in freshwater too. Freshwater actually extends product life vs salt water. Marine-grade materials are overkill for lakes but last longer.

14-day return window from delivery date for unused items in original packaging. Custom-made items and opened hygiene products (neoprene seals) are non-refundable.

Email office.marinac@gmail.com with order number + reason. We issue an RMA number and shipping label. Free returns within Ukraine; international buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.

Can I exchange for a different size/color?

Yes — same process as return, but we ship the new item without waiting for the old one to arrive (trust-based, standard for existing customers).
